Gary Tabach was born in 1962 in Moscow, Russia but currently lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. However, it is known that he began working as a pharmacist in 1985 after receiving his degree of Bachelor of Pharmacy from Temple University. Gary is the holder of a Master’s degree in MBA from Jacksonville University. He received his master’s degree in 1992, which also marked the end of his first job as a pharmacist at Naval Hospitals/clinics.

After spending 6 years of his early life while working as a pharmacist for Naval hospitals from 1985 to 1992, Gary became an investigator at POW-MIA Commission, the position which he stretched for two years and 7 months. From August 1997 to February 1998, he performed the role of head of MIO (Military Information Office) and thereafter became the course director, international medicine at USUHS (Uniformed Services University of Health Science). From 1997 to 2015, Gary performed various roles including mission commander, Naval Affair Officer, Dean of Deputy Director, Chief of Staff at NATO, Moscow, Russia, and recently as the CEO at Fort Seal (which he is holding since February 2015).
