Ryan Poles is now the next general manager of the Chicago Bears. After an extensive 13-day search, the Bears have finalized Ryan as their next GM on Tuesday, i.e., 25th January 2022. Poles has spent 13 seasons while working with the Chiefs. He has worked with the Chiefs as a player personnel assistant (2009). Ryan has been appointed to the position of executive director of the player personnel in 2021. Earlier, he was the assistant director of the player personnel (2018-2020), director of college scouting (2017), college scouting coordinator (2013-2016), and college shouting administrator (2010-2012).

While being in college he played offensive tackle for the first five seasons from 2003 to 2007.
