Wendy Barlow Biography

Wendy Barlow is a Canadian personality who has been retired from the All-American tennis player and coaching field. She stretched her professional tennis player passion for at least 6 years and afterward, she started working for WWE. She has performed in a few of the tennis games including Wimbledon, the one that was inducted into the Greater Victoria Sports Hall of Fame and The Championships.

Wendy started playing at the age of 10. From a young age, she began participating in the Victoria (British Columbia) Parks program while working on her skills. She won the title of Canadian Junior Tennis Championship in several years and was a participant in both singles and doubles. In 1973, she won the title of Girls’ 14 doubles with her only sister Lori as her partner. Again, the following year, she won the title of Girls’ 14 singles and Girls’ 14 doubles. At the age of 16 in 1976, she was ranked #3 in Canada. In the following years in 1977 and 1978, Wendy became the Canadian Junior Tennis Champion in the category of Girls’ 18 singles division and earned the overall 12th rank internationally in the Girl’s 18 singles division.

Barlow was ranked an All-American player at Brigham Young University in 1978. She took part at the Wimbledon tennis tournament in 1978 and thereby defeated the two sets of America. Later in 1980, she won the Canadian National Championship and was ranked number one in Canada. She represented Canada in three Federation Cup matches and thereby became the captain of one of the Canadian Federation Cup Teams in 1987. Her career possesses a record of WTA with one win and eight losses.

Barlow is the mother of four children. She appeared in WCW in 1993 and afterward was released from the position. After the release, she left wrestling. Besides, she became a part of the 2009 film called The Joneses. She also appeared as a guest on World Wrestling Insanity’s podcast in 2011. There at the event, she explained how she remains busy managing Flair’s sons on the independent circuit. Along with all these positions, Wendy Barlow also appeared on one of the episodes of “Celebrity Wife Swap” in 2013. She appeared along with her then-husband Flair. Personal Life

Flair and Wendy met at WCW in 1993 when she joined WCW. She appeared as his valet under the ring name “Fifi the French Maid”. She also appeared on the talk show called “Flair for the Gold”.
