His brilliant relief outing against Ole Miss saw him allow only one run on two hits with two walks and three strikeouts across six innings. He had a great relief appearance vs Alabama, going 4.0 innings while allowing just one run on two hits with no walks and five punchouts.
In a starting role against UL Lafayette, Tyson allowed just two runs on four hits while striking out eight batters. Floyd had two walks and tied his career high with eight strikeouts in a win over Bethune-Cookman, allowing just one unearned run on two hits in 6.0 innings of work.
