Priscilla Murray Gibson was best known as being the mother of the famous actor Tyrese. She gained huge attention from the public when her son debuted in 1998 with the studio album. The song included single sweet lady and the number 12 hit on the US Billboard Hot 100. As described by the author Cynthia Banks’ book, Drunk for 27 years, the lady and the mother of the actor, Priscilla Murray Gibson experienced alcoholism. The story of the book (Drunk for 27 Years) is a true story and was based on the habit or the addition of Priscilla.
She had to go through heartbreak, tragedy, and trauma to overcome her addiction to alcohol. However, she conquered the fear of alcohol and lived her life. She was supported by her children and the Alcoholics Anonymous Center in Hemet, California. She became one of the active members like her other family members and started living a normal life on 23rd September 2006 (according to the book). On 6th February 2022 (Sunday), Tyrese shared the news of his mother being hospitalized because of the infection of the viral pandemic symptoms COVID-19 and the additional symptoms of pneumonia. Priscilla Murray Gibson Death
Since 6th February 20022, Tyrese was trying to let the public update on the health and the related conditions of his mother. He never denied the health conditions of his mother and kept updating the news on social media. Tyrese was regular in keeping the news public. He posted on Instagram with the news asking for thoughts and prayers of the public or fans while Priscilla was in the hospital. On the other hand, the Fast and Furious actor Tyrese praised the fans for supporting them with the help of their prayers and giving good vibes and energy to the thought. He regularly updated the fans about the day of the arrival of his mother at the hospital. Along with this, he also updated the photo outside Murray’s ICU bedside.
While uploading pictures from the hospital where Murray was hospitalized, the son Tyrese wrote that the doctors informed him that nothing could be done now. Things have changed for her and are not turning to the other side. There is nothing pretty much left for the situation. Thereafter, Tyrese asked people to pray for his mother as he believed that things can be changed and nothing is impossible when you are with Jesus Christ. On 14th February 2022, Priscilla had her last breath. Thereby, Tyrese broke the devastating news and informed the public that whosoever supported and prayed for his mother while she was in the hospital; there is the saddest news for all of them that his valentine has just passed away.

His older brother’s name is Tyrone Richardo and his two sisters are Salendra and Shonta. One of his sisters, Shonta, is a radio personality to date and host or also write content. She has recently hosted a talk show named Morning Tea With The Queens. She is a married lady, who is married to Eddie Bell. On the other hand, Tyrese’s other sister Salendra is married to ex-marine William Charles Campbell III.
The family is residing together in Escondido, California. Tyrese is married two times in his life. He first married Norma Mitchell in 2007 and after two years they divorced each other. However, they share one daughter. Later on valentine’s day of 2017, Tyrese married another woman in his life who was named Samantha Lee. They also share one daughter who was born on 1st October 2018.
