Career

Ferran began his career as a footballer with Valencia club. He started playing as a senior with the Valencia B squad in 2016. That same year, Ferran first appeared on the under-17 football team. He scored his first goal on 5th November 2019 and won the title of “Valencia’s youngest goalscorer.”

He made his 50th appearance as a footballer in La Liga for Valencia with a defeat of 2-1 score against, Real Betis. Ferran has played 50 games till the age of 19 and 254 days. Eventually, he won the title of being the youngest player.

In 2020, he attended Manchester City and won the Premier League and EFL Cup. He debuted for the Manchester City game against the Wolves and earned the score of 3-1 with a win. The first cup he won was against Burnley, named Carabao Cup. Then, in October 2020, he debuted in the Champions League with Manchester City.

During that game, he had a goal against Porto and marked a win by 3-1. In 2020, he appeared in three games and became the youngest player for three consecutive games. He then moved to Barcelona and started playing for Barcelone on 28th December 2021.

International Career

Ferran is known as a member of the Spain squad that won the 2017 UEFA European Under-17 Championship. Also, he was named in Spain’s squad for the 2019 UEFA European Under-19 Championship in Armenia. On 24th May 2021, Torres was included in Spain’s 24-man squad for UEFA Euro 2020.
