Emma D’Arcy is an English actor and theatre-maker who plays the role of Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen in the prequel of the drama series Game of Thrones, House of The Dragons. She is one of the protagonists of the show alongside Matt Smith, Milly Alcock, Olivia Cooke, and Paddy Considine. Emma identifies as non-binary and uses they/them pronouns.

Emma D’Arcy was born on 27 June 1992 in London to her father Richard John D’Arcy and mother Sally Elizabeth Darcy and apparently is a single child. On 21st August 2022, the first episode of House of The Dragon was released where she stole the limelight in the role of Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen.
