Mike McDaniel is an American Football Coach for various NFL teams. He has worked with various teams like Denver Broncos, San Francisco 49ers, Atlanta Falcons, Cleveland Browns, Washington Redskins, Houston Texans, and Sacramento Mountain Lions. Recently he was hired as head coach for NFL team Miami Dolphins.

Mike McDaniel was born on 6th March 1983 in Aurora, Colorado, United States. The name of his mother is Donna while the details about his father have been kept private and away from the limelight. In 2009 he was hired by Sacramento Mountain Lion as Running back. After two years he worked with Washington Redskins as an offensive assistant and in 2013 was promoted to wide receivers coach.
Next year he was hired by Cleveland Browns under Coach Mike Pettine as their wide receivers. In 2016 he was hired by the Atlanta Falcons as their wide receiver coach under head coach Dan Quinn. Next year he started working for San Francisco 49ers as their run game coordinator under head coach Kyle Shanahan. Later on 18th January 2021, he was promoted as an Offensive coordinator. On 6th February 2021, he was hired as 13th Head coach for Miami Dolphins.
