The following weekend, he went to Michigan for the football game between the 2015 Wolverines and BYU and received an offer. After a home gym visit from a head coach and assistant coach, Jordan became the first commitment for the Class of 2017. Poole has a number of offers to choose from. He was the 92nd overall talent and the 21st shooting guard in the national Class of 2017 at the time of his commitment. Jordan was selected by the Golden State Warriors in the first round of the 2019 NBA draft, 28th overall.
On October 24, 2019, he made his 2019-20 season debut. His club was defeated by the Los Angeles Clippers. He got his first NBA start for the Warriors against the Pelicans on October 29, 2019. In the same year, he was a member of the NBA G-Santa League’s Cru Warriors. Jordan was a member of the Michigan football team for two seasons, from 2017 to 2019.
