She was a junior from Oak Park and had earned various honors, a few of them including, academic all-big ten honors back in 2020 and 2021 for the track. Early Life

Sarah was brought up by her loving and caring parents named Scott and Brigitte Shulze. She was raised along with her two siblings named Abbey and Ella and was born on 1st October. She was 21 years old before the news of her demise on 15th April 2022. Sarah was declared to be the Athlete of the Year by Ventura County for the season 2018-19. Despite this, she is the winner of the 2019 Ventura County titles in the 1600 meters and 3200 meters. She has remained the CIF Southern Section Champion, CIF Masters Meet Champion, and Mt. Sac Relays Champion for the 3200 meters.

While performing for the cross country 2019, she finished 18th in the place and came with the timing 18:15:98 at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational. She has also appeared in the Badger Classic where she performed well and came in second place earning the title with 21:58.5. Her personal best has remained 21:23.3, which she gave at the Big Ten Championships on 3rd November 2019 and came to be 52nd in the place.

In the middle of the year, Shulze faced COVID restrictions as one of her outdoor tracks in 2020 was canceled. Later, she appeared to participate in the 2020 Cross Country, where she finished 43rd and fifth in the Big Ten Championships giving her best of 21:40:4. Later she began her year 2021 with 3000 meters track and came 16th in the place giving her best of 9:43.09.

She gave her another best of 16:40.73, at the Big Ten Championships from 25 to 27 February and ran for 5000 meters. She has also appeared at the Hawkeye B1G Invitational, (12 to 13 February 2021), at the Badger Icebreaker (16 January 2021), at the Big Ten Championships (16 May 2021), the 4×1600-meter relay at the Fighting Illini Big Ten Relays (23rd April 2021), at the Big Ten Invite #2 (9-10 April 2021), at the M City Classic (30th April to 1st May 2021) and many others.

In the season of 2022, she finished the first race of the track in the 3000 meters category with a time of 9:43.98, completed her best personal in the miles with 4:56.57 at the Larry Wieczorek Invite. Latest to date, she came eighth with her personal best in the 3000 meters of the track with 9:26.07 at the Badgers Windy City Invite on 11-12 February 2020. She is the recipient of at least two honors including 2020 and 2021 Academic All-BIg Ten in cross country and Academic All-BIg Ten Track in 2021.
