Nilou Motamed is a beautiful, intelligent Iranian-born American magazine editor and television personality who, to add to her accomplishments in the food world, has recently become a recurring judge on the Food Network’s Iron Chef America. Motamed worked in Paris as a freelance magazine and radio editor. In 1992, she came to the United States and worked for three years in New York City as a journalist and food and travel writer; she was also editor-in-chief of a culinary television series on PBS. She then moved to Atlanta to take up her first full-time job at the Atlanta Magazine.
