Louis Cato is an African-American personality better known as the member of Jon Batiste & Stay Human and the house band of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Louis Cato was born on 3rd May 1985 in Lisbon, Portuguese, and later moved to the United States when he was still a child. He started living in Ohio and Washington, D.C. before settling in Albemarle, North Carolina in 1990. He started playing drums after he received the drum kit when he was only a five-year-old child. By the time he became 10 years old, he began teaching himself the instruments with strings. In middle school, he started getting training for learning brass. In high school, he began playing jazz and after graduation, he spent two years at Berklee College of Music. Louis is a known multi-instrumentalist, producer, and singer, and is called the “special brand of bright”. He has set his strong foot with personality traits in the music industry.
