Lorraine Voles was born on 15th January 1959 and grew up in her hometown Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. She is known to be a catholic and of white ethnic background. She has not shared much about her family and parents and thus there isn’t much about her early life. Lorraine is known to have completed her education at George Washington University. She secured her bachelor’s degree in journalism back in 1981 and later got a master’s in organizational leadership from the same university. Meanwhile, she also worked as senior vice president at Fannie Mae and as the Vice president of External relations at her Alma Mater in 2009.
