Jeremiah Raber is an American reality television star who is best known for appearing on reality shows ‘Breaking Amish’, ‘Breaking Amish: Brave New World’, and ‘Return to Amish’ on TLC.
Early life
Jeremiah Raber was born on January 17, 1980, in Ohio, United States, and grew up in Homles County. He claims that he was taken away from his birth parents when he was only 9 months old and adopted into his current family some months later. Raber never really felt a part of the Amish lifestyle, maybe because he knew he was adopted.
But recently in March 2021, Jeremiah made his appearance again on television and managed to track down his biological relatives with the help of a man named Dennis who claimed to be his father. Although after the DNA test it was revealed that Dennis is not the father but his biological father is named Larry who is his mother’s brother-in-law. Raber also traveled to Michigan to meet his other cousins and know more about Larry.

Jeremiah was first seen on television by appearing on the American reality television series Breaking Amish which revolves around five young Anabaptist adults who move to New York City in order to experience a different life and decide whether to return to their communities or remain outside their communities. Through this show, many details regarding Jeremiah were revealed including some light on his adoption into the Amish family and finding out about his biological father. In 2013, Jeremiah returned to the next season of the show which was titled Breaking Amish: Brave New World. Later in the next few years, Raber developed his own clothing websites and other branded products like cutting boards and doormats.
His merchandise is also available through the website. He also started his own YouTube channel which is still active and has over 8.81k subscribers. From 2017 to 2019 he returned to the reality television show Return to Amish on TLC.
