James Rosen Biography

James Rosen is an American personality who is a journalist, correspondent, and author by profession. Currently, he is working with Newsmax as the chief White House Correspondent and previously he has worked for Fox News Channel (FNC), from where he left after getting accused of various sexual harassment allegations from the side of coworkers.

Early Life

James Rosen was born on 2nd September 1968 in Brooklyn, New York. Although, he was brought up in the neighboring place Staten Island, where James was sent to a public school to receive his education. He was very young when his parents named Myron and Regina Rosen moved to the neighboring city and started flourishing their family there only. James went to Johns Hopkins University, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in BA in Political Science. Thereafter, he went to the Medill School of Journalism where he received his other degree of masters in journalism at Northwestern University.

Immediately after receiving his graduation from journalism school, James landed a job in the position of producer for the New York television channel NY1. Later, he started his on-air career when he was first hired by Roberto Soto at News 12–The Bronx. While working with the channel at News 12–The Bronx, James was hired as a one-man-band sheet reporter and was later promoted to the position of anchorman. Despite this, he also served as the cameraman operator, editor, and producer and handled multiple positions while pursuing his loving job with the channel. After completing his tenure with the channel News 12–The Bronx, James began working at CBS News in the position of a researcher for lead anchor Dan Rather. He also worked for WREX-TV which is affiliated with NBC and is based in Rockford, Illinois.

In February 1999, James became an internal member of the Fox News Channel where he joined the position of the on-air correspondent. According to the short biography published by Fox News, James Rosen used to work in 49 different states and more than three dozen foreign countries across the 5 continents. James left the Fox News Channel at the end of 2017 after maintaining a career of 19 years with the company after having multiple claims that he sexually harasses multiple coworkers at his workplace. However, Rosen objected to those allegations and declined to pass any comment over the same when it was first reported by NPR. Most recently in June 2022, James was hired by the Newsmax reporting channel as the White House Correspondent.
