Emma Hill Kepron began her career working at the University of Manitoba, where she studied. From Sep 2000 – Jan 2004, she worked as a Program Assistant at the University and gained experience. From May 2006 – Dec 2007, she worked for the Government of Manitoba. In January 2008, she served as Librarian and later got promoted to a full-time System Librarian position at the University of Manitoba. In August 2016, she joined “The University of Winnipeg” as Digital Infrastructure Librarian. On 6th July 2021, The @UWpgLibrary Twitter account officially announced that she was appointed Associate Dean of the Library.

Emma Hill is also an aspiring poet and writer, per her previous bio-data. On 17th May 2016, she published a poem titled “10 Things Squirrels Say” on McSweeney’s Internet Tendency’s website. Jeopardy Journey

Emma Hill Kepron is a hardworking and talented woman who became eligible to appear on Jeopardy! Season 39 show, where she competed with two contestants. Devin Lohman, an architectural designer and Master’s student from Peachtree City is the initial participant. The second contestant is Sam Claussen, a history professor from Santa Clarita. 

  • In the initial round, she gave ten correct answers. After the round match, she won $6600, followed by other contestants rankling Sam [$6400] at the second position and Devin [$1000] at the third position.
  • The categories under Double Jeopardy! Round match, the players tried their best to get the lead. Devin answered 13, Sam gave 23 correct answers, and Emma gave 17 correct responses. The score after Double Jeopardy! She won $15,400, Sam won $18,400, and Devin won $10,200. 
  • In the final round of the Jeopardy game show that was a triple stumper, where no one knew the answer, Kepron gave it right. With caution, she wagered just $4000 on her answer. At the last moment, she got a total score of $11,400. 

With this, Emma won Jeopardy! In the upcoming episode of Jeopardy!, she is scheduled to compete with Anjali Salvador and Igor Petrovich, which airs on Friday, 21st April 2023.
