Draymond Green Sr. is a professional basketball player in the Basketball Association for the Golden State Warriors (NBA). Green is a 3 NBA champion and three-time NBA All-Star who predominantly plays at power forward. He was named NBA Defender of the Year in 2017. Early Life

Draymond Green was born on 4th March 1990 in Saginaw, Michigan, United States. Mary Babers & Wallace Davis are his parents. Raymond Green is his stepfather, and he has three sisters: LaToya Babers, Jordan Davis, and Gabby Davis. Green was a freshman at Michigan State season 2008-09, appearing in 37 games it off of the bench for the Spartans, averaging 3.3 points & 3.3 blocks per game. He led the Warriors to open the season 14–2 until suffering a left ankle injury and missing the game against Minnesota Timberwolves on November 26. Green scored 19 points, 12 rebounding, nine assists, 5 blocked shots, and three steals in Game 1 of their first playoff series against the Oregon Trail Blazers on April 16, 2017. He tied his career-best of 16 points in the Golden’ 131–112 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers on February 1, 2020.

Green was fined $50,000 by the NBA on August 9, 2020, after making a statement that was found to be in violation of the league’s anti-tampering guidelines.
