Fallon began his professional life while working for Kerry–Edwards’ presidential campaign as a press aide during the 2004 presidential elections. After that, he was designated as the campaign press secretary to Senator Robert Menendez for the 2006 Senate Elections in New Jersey.
Then, he worked as the chief spokesperson for Senator Chuck Schumer in New York and had another designated position of spokesman for the new Senate Democratic Policy and Communications Center in 2011.
In 2013, Fallon left Schumer’s office and joined the Justice Department, where he was hired as the director of public affairs by Attorney General Eric Holder. After two years in March 2015, he was hired as the national press secretary for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.
Amid the presidential elections, in September 2016, Brian tweeted “Georgia is on our mind” in the hope that it will turn to create the possibility for Clinton to the Peach State blue. But this prediction was never taken the way that Fallon tried to have on the mind of people. Instead, Clinton lost five points and Donald Trump won the throne.
Fallon was hired as the executive director of Demand Justice in May 2018 on the day/month of its founding. While giving the ranking in his first Demand Justice report card, Fallon gave Senator Chuck Schumer- a C rating- the senator who was his previous boss. Ultimately, it hurt the sense of Schumer and damaged his relationship with him.
