He was discovered in 1999 when he was just 11 years old by a casting agent from Berlin. He later completed acting training with Cathy Hease, Regula Kukula, and Ulrike Jackwerth.

In the film, ‘ants go other ways’ in 2011 which was also performed at the Hof International Film Festival, Schultz played on the side of Henriette Confucius. He also played a leading role as Daniel Reimers in ‘police call 110: Risk’ in 2012.
