Richard Harmon is a Canadian actor well known for his role in the movie If I Had Wings and The CW’s The 100. He was born on August 18, 1991, in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Richard was born into a family with careers in the entertainment industry.  His father, Allan Harmon, is a film director and his mother, Cynde Harmon, is a producer. Richard has one sister, Jessica Harmon, who is an actress. Jessica is well known for portraying Esrin in the sci-fi web series Battlestar Galactica: The Face of the Enemy.

Richard Harmon Career

In 2002, Richard made his acting debut in the television series Jeremiah where he portrayed the role of Madison. Later on, he appeared on the big screen with cameos in various films like School of Life, Painkiller Jane, To Be Fat like Me, Left Coast, The Ambassador. Richard made his theatrical film debut in a minor role in the anthology horror movie Trick ‘r Treat. He came into the spotlight from his role in the action-fantasy film Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief.

Richard starred as Prototype on the TV mini-series Reese from 2009 to 2010. He played recurring roles in the TV series Tower Prep as Ray Snider and The Killing as Jasper Ames. Richard played the character, Julian Randol, on the sci-fi television series Continuum from 2012 to 2015. He has also appeared in the TV series, Van Helsing. Richard played the recurring role of Richard Sylmore in the A&E series Bates Motel. Inspired by Hitchcock’s film Psycho, Bates Motel is a contemporary exploration of the formative years of Norman Bates, his relationship with his mother Norma, and the world they inhabit.
