Nelia was selected for the 2021 PGF All-American Game. She earned the title of Most Valuable Player recognition at the PGF All-American Game after going 1-for-2 with a two-run double and a walk.

She appeared in 53 games as an Auburn softball freshman and earned 52 starts. She was named the 2021 All-SEC Freshman Team and made the 2021 SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll. Nelia hit .313 AVG, 144 AB, 15-2B, 10 HR, 42 RBI, .639 SLG% and 3 GDP. She has .868 FLD% and 49 PO. She was named Jane B. Moore Memorial All-Tournament Teams and 2022 Plainsman Invite All-Tournament Team player. Also, she was named the 2022 Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete.
