Lucy Olsen (born May 26, 2003) is an American professional guard for the Washington Mystics in the WNBA. She played her first three college seasons at Villanova before transferring to Iowa for the 2024–25 year. With Iowa, she led the team by averaging 17.9 points and earned First‑Team All‑Big Ten honors.
Mystics selected Olsen with the 23rd overall pick in the 2025 draft. She became one of the few second‑round picks to earn a spot in the final 12‑player roster and impressed coaches with her midrange shooting and playmaking during training camp. She continued to grow in her sophomore season, starting all 36 games. Olsen raised her averages to 12.5 points, 4.1 rebounds, 1.4 steals, and shot 41% from the floor while playing 32.9 minutes per game. Her efforts earned her All-BIG EAST Second Team honors.

On 14th April 2025, Lucy Olsen received the 23rd overall pick in the WNBA draft when the Washington Mystics chose her in the second round.
