Jeff Olivet is currently serving as the co-founder of Racial Equity Partners which he founded in 2020.

He pursued the same work with the hospitality center for two years till 1998. From 1996 to 2003, he was positioned as an instructor at CNM – Central New Mexico Community College. Consequently from 1998 to 2003, he pursued his position of street outreach worker/family case manager at Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless. From 2004 to 2022, he possessed a commendable career of being connected with social and nonprofit organizations where he served at different positions and worked for homeless people and their crises.
