The 6 home runs he had during his play helped McClennan reach the Region V finals. Jalen posted a .300/.588/.700 slash line with a homer, an RBI, and seven runs scored during the NCAA Fayetteville Regional on June 4-7, earning a spot on the All-Tournament Team. He got two doubles, an RBI, and a run scored against No. 16 NC State on June 11 in Arkansas’ 21-2 win in game one of the NCAA Fayetteville Super Regional. Jalen is a part of a Razorback offense that hit a school record 109 home runs in 2021. He helped Arkansas set a school record in fielding percentage with a .980 mark for the year.
