Hallie Wacaser was born on 21st February 2002 in Centerton, Arkansas and she is the daughter of Keith and Rachel Wacaser. She attended Bentonville West High School and was also a part of the softball team at high school. Hallie earned a spot on the All-A Honor Roll all four years of high school and went on to earn a 4.1 grade point average and other top awards.

For her senior year of high school, she enrolled at Bentonville West High School in Centerton, Arkansas. As a freshman, she was recognized as the Newcomer of the Year, All-State, and All-Conference three times. With a.560 batting average and two home runs, she led all of the Pan American Games and helped the United States under-17 team win gold in Barranquilla, Columbia.

In 2017, she was in her freshman class and FSU won the championship that year. Hallie was one of the spectators who witness this historic moment of lifting the national title and she decided to play for the FSU in the future.

Her injury forced her to redshirt as a freshman in 2021. She appeared in 46 games, starting 30 of them, including 16 as the Designated Player and 14 in the outfield. She hit.167 (15-for-90) with three doubles, a home run, eight RBI, and six runs scored. While playing at Lipscomb, she hit her first career home run and went 1-for-1 with a double and a run scored against Kennesaw State.

In the game against Oakland, she went 2-for-3 with two runs batted in and a stolen base. She had a remarkable six-RBI day with two three-run homers in the run-rule victory over Notre Dame, and she stole two bases for the second time in her career against Jacksonville.

She had a career-high three hits against Syracuse, including a home run, and scored three runs on two singles during the Clemson doubleheader. In the Dugout Club Classic, she drove in five runs and hit safely in six consecutive games, with two doubles versus FGCU being the highlight. On the first day of the season’s doubleheader versus Lipscomb, she went 2-for-4 with an RBI double against fourth-ranked Arkansas in Clearwater.
