Greg Czaja Early Life

Greg Czaja was born in July 1985 which makes him 37 years old as of 2023. He attained a school education from 1990 – 2003. Later, he gained higher education in North Carolina from 2003 to 2007. He holds a B.S. Biology degree from Duke University.

Career

Greg began his career in the field of medicine and health care. He worked as a research technician at Duke University from August 2007 to June 2008. Afterward, He served in the U.S. Navy. Initially, he joined as an Internal Medicine intern in May 2012. He then served as a Student Flight Surgeon in the U.S. Navy for seven months from July 2013 to January 2014. Later, he worked as a Flight Surgeon for the U.S. Navy. He held the position from February 2014- May 2016. 

Greg also worked as an Internal Medicine Resident at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. He served this designation for two years and one month from June 2016 to June 2018. He has been a Naval Medical Center San Diego staff physician since July 2018. Afterwards, he became a General Cardiology fellow in July 2019.

Jeopardy Journey!

Greg Czaja came into the media limelight when he appeared on the Jeopardy game show on 14th April 2023. That time, he came second after the winning champion Ben Chan (the two-day winning champion) winning around $46,001). He played in Season 39 of America’s game show Jeopardy!

On 27th December 2023, Greg won the Jeopardy show against Tammy Groner and Ben Hebert. He had a winning of $6,400 in round one after he gave five correct answers. He then won $29,000 in Jeopardy! Round second by giving 21 correct answers and one wrong response.
