He dethroned the two-day winning champion Daniel Moore, the contract compliance analyst, who won $39,800 in his previous two games. Daniel failed to defend his title and lost the game by just $1, and the winning streak went into the hands of David Bederman.

David Bederman was born in May 1986 and was brought up by his loving and caring parents, Andrew Bederman and Jill Spector Bederman. He is a native of Los Angeles, and his full name is David Samuel Bederman. He received his bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University in International Studies and Psychology from 2004 to 2008. David received a doctorate from Loyola Law School in 2012.


He began his professional life in 2012 as a Waters & Kraus LLP attorney. From October 2014 to February 2016, he joined another company, Kaiser Gornick LLP, and became an attorney, handling complex cases for plaintiffs going through mesothelioma.

He was responsible for the client contacts, arguing, responding to and propounding discovery, etc. From March 2016 to February 2017, he worked as an attorney for Manning & Kass, Ellrod, Ramirez, and Trester LLP. He was responsible for handling the cases and the arguments at California state and federal courts there.

The contestant Daniel Moore, was in the lead for the first two days and was about to defend his title against the two other contestants- David and Chelsea Watt. Initially, Daniel Moore was doing good and leading among other contestants.

By the first commercial break, Dabid Bederman had double scores to that of Daniel. He gave nine correct answers and two incorrect answers with seven more questions. While Daniel also gave nine correct and two incorrect answers and Chelsea Watt had eight correct and one incorrect response.

After all three contestants reached the double jeopardy round, Chelsea Watt had the daily doubles but got them wrong. She gave 13 right and three incorrect answers. Daniel had all nine answers correct, while David gave 21 correct answers with no wrong response.

Scores after double jeopardy round –

  • David – $17,800
  • Daniel – $14,200
  • Chelsea – $5800

David had an additional winning of $10,601 in the final round, where all three contestants had the correct answer. Thus, David had a total earning of $28,401, just $1 more than Daniel Moore.
