Clea DuVall is a talented and popular American Actress, Director, and Writer. She was seen in some popular shows and films such as Grey’s Anatomy, The Grudge, American Horror Story: Asylum, New Girl, and many more. In 2020, she directed her own film named Happiest Season. Apart from entertainment, she also works for social causes and she stands in support of the LGBTQ community.

Clea DuVall was born on 25th September 1977 in Los Angeles, California, United States of America. Her father is Step DuVall who is an actor while Rosemary Hatch is her mother and she is the only daughter in the family. She did her schooling at Los Angeles County High School for the Arts and along with her studies she used to manage her time and worked at a Coffee shop.

Since Clea was born and bought up in Los Angeles this is also the land of the film industry. She had made up her mind that she wanted to work as an Actress professionally. She made her debut in 1996 by working in a film called Little Witches and in a TV show named Dangerous Minds. As time went through she started getting more roles and tried her best as an Actress. In 1999 she has been nominated at Blockbuster Entertainment Awards for the category Favorite Female Newcomer and at Teen Choice Award for Best Breakout Performance for her work in “The Faculty”. She won the Florida Film Critics Circle award for the category of Best Cast and for her work in Thirteen Conversations About One Thing in 2003.

Later in 2012 and 2013, she won Hollywood Film Award and Screen Actors Guild Awards for her work in Argo. She was nominated at Sundance Film Festival for category Grand Jury Prize for her work in The Intervention in 2016. In 2017 she got a nomination for her work in Veep at Screen Actors Guild Award for the category Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series and later in 2018 she won the award.
