In 2019, she led her team to two championships with a 24-1 record in the NEPSAC Class A competition. Boston was an All-American basketball player in 2019, averaging 17.3 points, 10.6 rebounds, and 3.2 blocks per game.

Aliyah Boston, a highly-touted five-star recruit, was ranked third in the 2019 ESPN HoopGurlz class. After much deliberation and careful consideration of her options, Boston chose to attend South Carolina Gamecocks over UConn, Ohio State, and Notre Dame. Boston recorded the first triple-double by a freshman in program history on November 5, 2019, against Alabama State. Aliyah had a strong start to the Gamecocks’ road win at No. 4 Maryland, scoring 8 of 10 points and blocking 5 shots in the first quarter.
