Her career started in 2018 with her being in her Freshman year. She appeared 31 times during her rookie season. She got selected for CAA All-Rookie Team and became the first Canadian player to play for Denise Dillon of Drexel. Keishana also won CAA Rookie of the Week on February 25. In her Sophomore year, she was one of the players on her team to play in all 30 games.
In 2020-21, she appeared in most of the games as a junior. She became the second-highest leading scorer of her team Dragons. Keishana was part of the game which led Drexel to its first CAA title since 2009 with a 30-point performance against Delaware in the finals. Currently, she is in her senior year and is continuing to show her great game skills in the matches.
Keishana was part of a Dragons team that won a program-best 28 years and the CAA Regular Season Championship. She led her team in a game in which her team was second in the CAA.
