Barney Koneferenisi is a wheelchair Rugby player from New Zealand for the team All Blacks. He was once described as the player having the potential to be wheelchair rugby’s answer to late All Blacks great Jonah Lomu. Further, he is considered as one of the highest functioning players at the Tokyo games with an overall rating of 3.5. Barney was spotted at the Beijing Games in the year 2008 and recently he was spotted at the Tokyo Paralympics.
