Prado was born in Cuba on 2nd January in the year 1991. She was raised by her father, Tony Prado, and mother, Mrs. Prado. She grew up with her two siblings, a brother called Carlos Prado and a sister called Myla Prado. The Prado family moved to Mexico because of her parents’ friend with the actress Niurka Marcos when Yanis was about eleven years of age. Ever since Yanis was young, she was fascinated with television shows and movies. She always dreamt of becoming an actress.
She is really successful in pursuing her dreams as she is a very talented and skilled actress. For education, Prado went to Televisa’s entertainment educational institution in Mexico called ‘Centro de Educacion Artistica’ where she studied acting and drama. Prado started her career in the year 2010 when she was cast in the Mexican series called ‘La rosa de Guadalupe’. She portrayed the role of Carolina and then played various other roles lasting from 2010 to 2014. In the year 2014, she was cast to play the role of Pamela in a Mexican anthology drama series called ‘Como dice el dicho’ which is produced by Genovena Martinzes for Televisa and is directed by Emmanuel Duprez. In the year 2017, Prado made her television comeback when she got cast as a lead role to portray Genesis in the Mexican telenovela series called ‘La Doble Vida de Estela Carrillo’ which was produced by Eduardo Meza and premiered on 13th February 2017 on Las Estrellas.
Fame
Later on, in the year 2018, she was part of the cast of ‘Tres Milagros’ as La Negra aka, Luz Maria. It is a Mexican drama television series which was produced by Sony Pictures Television and Television Azteca which got premiered on Azteca Uno on 12th March 2018. It is based on the 1970 book ‘Cuando quiero llorar no lloro’ by Miguel Otero Silva. Prado got cast to play the recurring role of La Luchis in 2019’s Mexican telenovela called ‘Ringo: la pelea de Au Vida which was produced by Lucero Suarez. She also played the main role of Irma, aka “El Huracan”, in the Mexican telenovela called ‘La Reina soy yo’ which was produced by Telesat and Sony Pictures Television for Televisa. it was adapted from the Colombian telenovela called ‘La Reina del Flow’.

It is created by Alex Pina, who is the director and creator of ‘Money Heist’, and Esther Martinez Lobato. It is an action-packed thriller that is produced by the Vancouver Media and distributed by Netflix. ‘Sky Rojo’ is set to premiere on 19th March 2021 with each episode being 25 minutes long.
