Rogel Kyle Carino Jr. also known as Bugoy Carino is a Filipino actor and dancer. In 2009, he emerged as the winner of Star Circle Kid Quest, a Television search for young talented kids. Ever since he has been seen on numerous Television shows, films and even endorsed several brands in the Philippines. He is also known for his roles in Breakaway (2012), Shake Rattle Roll 13 (2011) and Imortal (2010).
Early Life
He was born as Rogel Kyle Cariño Jr. to a Roman Catholic family in General Mariano Alvarez, Cavite, Philippines on 3rd Septembe, 2002. Bugoy was raised in the same neighbourhood with his sister, Kazumi Carino. Since a very early age he began dancing and joined many dance contests. He has also been a part of a local hip hop crew higher level. Bugoy was seen appearing in shows and commercials since 2008. He attended Shekinah Learning School in Cavite.
Bugoy Carino Career
Bugoy Carino began dancing since he was 4. He was a member of local hip hop dance crew known as Higher level. He was declared as the winner of third season of ABS-CBN’s Star Circle Quest in 2009. Soon he received many offers to cast in films and TV shows. He was a regular cast in Pilipino sketch comedy Goin’ Bulilit. Later in 2012 he was starred as the main protagonist in Philippine fantasy science fiction television drama E-boy.

In the March 2018 there were many rumours about Bugoy and his girlfriend EJ Laure reported to have a kid, both of them denied the pregnancy back then through their social media accounts. But in recent turn of events on 3rd September, 2020 which was Bugoy’s 18th birthday, the couple revealed pictures of their baby Scarlet for the very first time to the public. Many fans think this as the reason why Bugoy was suspended from ‘Hashtags’
