He attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1994-1998, where he majored in “History and Political Science”. He had a great contribution to the comedy podcasts – Weezy and the Swish. In 2013, he got credit as a writer for television series including Awkward and Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell.

He appeared in various short film projects in the United States, including Hard Sell (2012), Everyone’s Crazy But Us (2015), The Whizz (2016), and Floss (2020). Guy is the creator and host of truTV’s “Talk Show The Game Show” (2017-18). He has co-produced a Hulu original television series “The Mindy Project”. In the series, he has appeared as Nurse Guy in a few episodes.
He served as co-executive producer in the season one series “Connecting…”. This comedy series is regarding a group of friends who try to stay connected during a global pandemic. Later, he served as supervising producer in the HBO Max comedy series “The Other Two” for season 2 in 2021. In September 2022, he gained popularity for representing the character Henry in the comedy film “Bros”, directed by Nicholas Stoller.
