Anita was competing in a solo competition in the freestyle in the finals at the World Aquatics Championships when she got faint and sank to the bottom of the pool. Her coach named Andrea Fuentes immediately realized that something bad was happening with the athlete and therefore she dived into the pool while fully clothed and pulled Anita to the surface.
