  1. Hi Freddy,
love your work with Juan on helping miners out.
I find it realy entertaining whatching you both figure out whats going on and the fixes you then do to make it work.
I also admire the way you charge for your work, being very generous to the strugling miners.
All the best for the future and please keep making the shows as they are great.

  2. Just wondering why you bleep curse words yet allow the Lord’s name to be used in vain on your show with the Merrills. We will stop watching the show all together if that’s how it’s going to continue. As a Christian (as Freddie is also) it hurts to hear His name used in such a way. We’ll watch next week and see what happened. We know that season is already filmed. So if it was allowed to continue, we will be so disappointed to not be able to watch anymore. Out Lord God is more important that a tv show.

    • Omg!!! That is beyond ridiculous. You bible people should go somewhere and all live together and stay away from everyone else. Just reading what you wrote is making me shake my head. Don’t watch the show. Go live in a bubble somewhere. You are an idiot.

  4. Freddy. my background is in aquatic restoration. I noticed you installed a new pond feature on your property and that materials used in its construction involved a local clay. I assume it’s designed to act as a sealer. Problem is clay, if not sealed some way will keep your pond the color of coffee. Long story short, I recommend you line the ponds water high mark, all along the windward side of the pond with cobble…similar to the same material (2″ to 4″ rock material) that is found at the end of the trommels. I suggest you put down a 4″ layer about 5 feet, under water, from the high-water line and maybe ten feet up from the high-water line all along the shore section that could be impacted by ‘small’ wind driven waves. The purpose is to protect the soft shoreline clay material for being washed away from wave activity and spoiling the aesthetic and ecological value/potential clear surface water. you could sprinkle grass seed on the rocks for eventual comfort and keeping the rock border in place. Depending on the lake depth, a good plant for many reasons is call Vallisneria Americana ( Val for short) it will serve as an ” escape AND food production habitat for your lake. Yellow belly bullhead as opposed to any other specie of catfish. You’ll want some ‘structure’ habitat for minnows ( flathead or golden shiners ), encourage frogs and crawdads and of course bluegill and largemouth bass….crappie need more space than what you have and they can over produce, and cause fish kills. This is just a kind of ‘nut shell’ suggestion, but the rock margins around the windward lake shore were my major concern for your success. Good luck and I follow your show dilligently.

  6. some years ago, just west of denver, I met a guy who panned each week in clear creek.
he never found any gold but took out five gallons of black sands each week. after running a magnet through the bucket, he would send the remains to a lab or foundry for refining. he made good money from the refinery and the black sands. would some of you’re contacts be able to profit from this method?

    • Hello Ken, Look up ” Sluice Goose Industries” or “Goldrop” or call 541-967-9558, weekdays and ask for John or Mike, owners of Sluice Goose Industries. The Sluice Goose and the Sluice Goose Miner are two of the most efficient and fast gold pay dirt processors available. We have many customers who have abandoned all of their other pay dirt processing equipment for out unit. Black Sand is especially efficient and quick to process with customers amazed at 99% recovery. We run samples for interested miners on a regular basis, no cost, just to show how efficient the Sluice Goose is, with most purchasing a unit to run their material.

  9. Freddy,
My hope is that you see this post. It’s really for Juan. The last show I watched I noticed that Juan had Bell’s Palsey. I have been where he is at and thought I might help him. First he needs to find.a Speech therapist that has the knowledge of how to tape both sides of your cheek area correctly. They use kinesio tape to do this. There are exercises to do also for your face. Then I used a Tens stimulator with the highest range of 25. This takes some getting used to but it’s worth it. You just need to put your mind elsewhere and.either talk or think good thoughts. I went up to the limit 8 different times!! It’s all worth it in the end. My speech therapist kept asking me what I wanted out of all this hard work. I answered that all I wanted was my smile back. And I got my smile back I hope you see this and have good luck getting your smile back. All the best to you and Juan and your families. I love watching you both. Best regards, Marcia Mulkey

  11. Hello Freddy, I have 3 questions. 1: at what percentage of increase in gold production would you consider it profitable to rerun the tailing to get the missed gold from? 2: If you chose to rerun tailings, would it be better to run straight tailings or mix in fresh pay? 3: in the desert, wouldn’t it be worth placing one of those portable garages over the recovery pond to reduce evaporation?
