Suzzanne Douglas was a famous American actress who is no more and currently entertainment industry grieving her demise. Throughout her career, she spent about 3 decades in the industry and best known for the role of Jerri Peterson, the matriarch on the American WB sitcom The Parent Hood, which aired from 1995 to 1999 and starred Robert Townsend. Suzzanne became interested in arts as a kid, citing the Sound of Music, released in 1965, as her inspiration for acting. Douglas graduated from Thornton Township high school in the year 1975. Suzzanne attended Illinois state university after high school, where she earned a bachelor of arts degree. Douglas spent her entire life as a student in a master’s program in jazz vocals at the prestigious Manhattan School of Music, where she later earned a master’s degree.
