ANW Journey
Ethan was 13 – 14 when he first participated in American Ninja Warrior Junior. He had the qualifying runs in the Episode 18. He appeared for the seeding round, where he defeated Bryton Myler and then advanced to the knockout round. After that, he defeated Anella Bolster and went to the final showdown.
He reached the semi-finals after defeating Lauren Hotchkiss. In the semi-finals, he faced Jeremiah Boyd, after which he received his first loss, which ended his season with the game. He appeared for the first time in the first qualifying round of the show.
He somehow managed to save himself from the obstacles cleared the course in his rookie debut and finished at 10th place. After this, he appeared in the fourth semi-final episode and had another strong run. He cleared the first eight obstacles, after which he chose to do Flipped Around at Split Decision but fell there.
Even after this, he had the 9th place and still advanced to the national finals. He appeared for all final round stages, including stages one, two, and three. His runs were digested in stage three, and he failed the fifth obstacle.
American Ninja Warrior 15
Ethan appeared for the final qualifying episode, finished the obstacles in 1:20, and got a shot at Mega Wall. He deviated with only one second at the 1:20 mark and was eventually too slow to complete the obstacles in a limited time. Still, he completed the obstacles with being the third fastest contestant. Then he stood against DC Banks that was digested, and DC failed sideways. He then made it up to the semi-finals.
