Spencer Strider is a star for the Atlanta Braves, who is now making waves in the professional scene. Later in 2019, he missed the season because of his injury- a torn UCL, which required him to receive Tommy John surgery. On 1st October 2021, Strider was selected by the Atlanta active roster, where he made his major league debut, with one inning of relief against the New York Mets.
Strider earned his career-high and first win on the final day of the season while facing the Mets in the relief. His team won the season with a record of 88-73, eventually winning the 2021 World Series, giving the team its first title ever won after the first victory in 1995. Spencer married his high school sweetheart, Maggie Whitener who is now apparently Maggie Strider. Maggie works as a communication expert. Both attended the Christian Academy of Knoxville and ever since their relationship started going stronger day by day.
